If that were all of it. Kushner, in direct violation to orders from Congress, moved their private server and all emails on it. Kushner engages in official state business using WhatApp, a completely unsecured application. And in all of these cases, they have continued to refuse to provide any archives of their business.
Which is kind of the big problem with conducting official business electronically. Not having any archives removes accountability.

I think in the Dump WH, the tactic is seen as a feature, not a pitfall. The whole “shooting people on 5th Avenue” approach to government grift.
…but still blessed to work there.
Let’s not forget that his supporters love his talk of blacks and Baltimore as a shit hole and his attacks on those women in Congress.

The order is certainly telling, right? Leaving aside whether it’s a sensible argument (it’s not), there’s a world of difference between writing “if a child can’t consent to sex, they shouldn’t be able to consent to abortion” and “if a child can consent to an abortion, they should be able to consent to sex”

How long can his “strategy” (as much a character flaw as it appeals to grievance) of attacking, negativity, racism, etc really work? At some point won;t people just get tired of his schtick? I know there is an angry core of American’s who would go to war over his hotels in foreign countries, but I’m not talking about those idiots. Eventually some in the GOP and most Indies have to see the writing on the wall.

It almost sounds like they don’t agree with the President’s racism… almost, but no, they’re just looking at electoral calculations and it’s time to launder the white hoods.

The Civil Rights Act and the Voting Rights Act are half a century old. Millions of people are still aggrieved and pissed off over them. How long can appeals to racism and divison last? Eons.
