Doesn’t someone usually need a valid reason to beat a subpoena: not served properly, no jurisdiction, overly broad, not specific enough, insufficient time to comply, seeks irrelevant or privileged info, etc.?
It can’t just be: “Wah, wah, wah, we were engaged in criminal activity and now you’re trying to get us to talk about it under oath. It’s not fair! Do you know who we are?”

When my son (ADHD) was in middle school, tests revealed a huge difference between his auditory ability and visual ability to take in information. Just knowing this “tidbit” helped him focus/play to his strength and lessened his anxiety. (Middle school can be the pits without covid making it worse.) Stay positive.

But when you read her statement/quote from a month ago, you know she never expected this outcome. Nor did her family. Nor did her colleagues.
And this is happening repeatedly, thousands of times a day, all over the country.
And still there’s a huge portion of the population that just doesn’t get it.
It’s not just her - it’s all of 'em. Arrogance and stupidity (because ignorance assumes they don’t know any better and they’ve been told repeatedly for 18 months or more, so ignorance no longer applies).
