Most young Cubans voted for Obama and they see what heās doing about Cuban policy which at one point they welcomed, They also see the potential for Puerto Rican disenfranchisement that have come to the US following Maria, along with other Hispanic treatment of immigrants in such demeaning ways. If they wanted Floridaās Puerto Rican vote, they should have rebuilt Puerto Rico.

That one is complicated, since improving relations with Cuba appears to have actually cost a good deal of Floridaās Cuban vote. (Even Fidel Castro being dead doesnāt seem to have helped that score.) Younger Floridians of Cuban origins seem be seeing the light, so there may be hope, assuming that we all live long enough.
