There could be a particular bad action they’ve heard about the possibility of and are warning about. Or Trump’s general rhetoric is so wild and reckless, he’s been so desperate to find any tactic to stay in office, that their worries rose to this level. I don’t think it’s necessarily the former. Things are bad enough.
