Trump Continues To Interfere In Stone Case With Tweets About Judge | Talking Points Memo

I noticed at last one true thing in his final tweet, where he said “…I don’t know”. That seems to be true about most things he tweets or talks about.

That is a German squirrel. They are so much cuter than those gray/brown tree rats that live in my 12 Oak trees here in Georgia.I can not feed the birds because the squirrels will not let them eat and when I make noise to scare them away the look at me with contempt, jump on my very expensive teak chairs and gnaw on the armrests until they are so rough that you tear your sweaters on them.

Don the Con is has subtle as a brick thru a plate glass window.

His Rethuglican enablers do not care about his criminal behavior. They just wish he would stop tweeting about it…

no execution but stone’s attorneys say he’s willing to change his plea to guilty and do the full 9 years posthumously and will comply with all gag orders for the duration of his incarceration.

Good to know that Napolitano’s brief burst of intellectual honesty during the impeachment farce was just that: brief. He’s back to spouting rightwing propaganda again.

But the self-proclaimed Trumper jurists on the Manafort trial were perfectly fine and fair.

If I remember my Federal Criminal Procedure correctly Stone’s lawyers had all the relevant information about the jury foreman during voir dire. They could have, but didn’t, challenge her then. Litigant’s don’t get to sandbag. Maybe Stone should have been represented by a real lawyer and not the Federalist Society refugees who represented him.

I don’t see dems being shy about calling out DT’s lawlessness every chance they get. The trick is to figure out how to create a tiny but easy to read font so they can fit even a minuscule percentage of the crimes in campaign ads.
