Finally, the Federal Judges Assoc. ie; the Judiciary, the 3rd Branch of government and our last check and balance against the attempted Trump/Barr high jacking of our Constitution may be coming to American’s
democratic republic rescue. It appears that our Judiciary is about to say NO to the Executive Branch’s self-appointed above the law would be dictator and his enabling Attorney General and the Legislative Branch’s sycophant Republican Senate too cowardly weak and subservient to stop this unprecedented subversion of our Constitution in our nations over 200 year history. America has come dangerously close to losing its Constitutional rights, freedoms, and no person above the law republic. The lesson; our education system has failed and become unacceptably ineffectual in teaching a thorough understanding and appreciation of our most basic American history and the civics of our unique Constitutional guarantees.
Proof, 30% to 40% of American’s either do not understand, accept, or are just too ignorant to appreciate the dangers of this historically unprecedented attack on our Constitution and rule of law and did not instinctively immediately resist is bone chilling unacceptable and frightening.

The foreperson disclosed her former candidacy and political affiliations.
They knew this when they vetted her and put her on the jury anyway. How handy that they can now point to her as a reason for a new trial. One might think this was done on purpose for just that outcome.

If POTUS or Napalitano is saying that making past statements for or against a US POTUS somehow bars you from serving on a jury, then I would imagine our Jury pools would get much smaller if non-existent. The other odd thing they say her is to impugn a lawyer for serving on a jury. How would that even be legal?
