Trump Ally Gets A Taste Of MAGA's Medicine

The current SCOTUS majority is partly to blame for this ridiculousness for having treated the question of standing so cavalierly in prior cases. Maybe if they had laughed some of those very marginal cases out of court rather than play along with the idea that people with no skin in the game might actually have standing to file suit, even if they batted it down later, these wingers would be less willing to roll the dice again and again to see if they can get at least 5 of them to bite.

IKR??? It’s as if DC Reporters were looking for the Pioneer Woman that was out of Little House on the Prairie, but took a wrong turn looking for her in Pawhuska, OK, and settled on Rubber Balls, WI. I have to be fair, my Mom went to River Falls U. and studied English and lived with her Prof’s family for a year, and came back to Polk County and got married. That was just before WWII. And, she always voted Dem, but never told anyone that she was really a Socialist.

That should be convicted, of 34 felonies. Yes the crime happened before he was President; however, it had everything to do with becoming President.

Jeff Schapiro, the state politics columnist for the Richmond Times-Dispatch, pointed out after Tuesday’s primary that the areas of the 5th district that voted strongly for Good were also the same areas that supported Nikki Haley back in March. So in this case, “Republicans in disarray.” Especially since Democrats had their own 5th district primary in which to choose an opponent for Good’s seat. Overall, Tuesday’s primaries were good for VA Dems.

(Not sure whether the link above will let you into the T-D article or not; they don’t have any way to produce shared links.)

The president of the far-right Heritage Foundation was embarrassed on MSNBC on Saturday morning after he insisted the 2020 presidential election was stolen from Donald Trump, only to have MSNBC’s Symone Sanders-Townsend pop his balloon by citing his organization’s own research on voter fraud.

During his appearance on MSNBC’s “The Weekend,” Kevin Roberts first battled with former RNC president Michael Steele about the Project 2025 plan to dismantle the government and remake it into an authoritarian regime presided over by newly re-elected Donald Trump.

Though I recall he cast doubt on the numbers because fraud is so massive it’s hard to quantify and because Dems are so good at air, or something to that effect.

I hate to admit this, but everything is working fine for me. It’s even better than it was before the upgrades to the site. I can see everyone’s avatars.

That name keeps bouncing around in my head for some reason.

I just saw a fairly good point on Raw Story that if the SCOTUS comes down with an immunity decision before the debate…that could be a seismic change to the debate’s complexion.

What we used to call “River Falls” - on the Kinnickinnic River. (Say that fast!) She went to university there for a year. Up the river in the land of sky blue waters — oh, no, that’s down south from there, LaCrosse, on the Mississippi. Great fishing everywhere!

ETA: @21zna9 – I see what you did there…

Finally it seems this new upgrade is working for me. Tho I am not yet used to the floating avatars nor have I yet taught myself to edit my posts.

Whether Smith was appointed properly is more important than the “probability” that TCF sold national secrets to ANYONE who would pay.

I had all sorts of bugs to work through. I still wonder why the system would throw me out entirely when I would try to post a picture. And I mean thrown all the way out of my browser.
