China is going to pay our Treasury hundreds of billions, if not trillions, in tariff fees. Trump’s tariffs may very well balance the budget. Eventually we won’t need tax breaks, we won’t have taxes, China will fund our economy. Via tariffs.
And don’t think of speaking out against all that. If you do, heavy force awaits you.

Oh yes, but don’t jump from that to a conclusion of trivial, or no, substantive progress for minorities. In the 60s thru 70s, my work took me physically into offices, warehouses and factories. One large, national insurance co, for ex, did not have a single white face except maybe in the mail room. By the mid to late 70s, it had large numbers of minorities in their employ. Ditto for offices in NYC and the boroughs. Ditto for our military. Yes, any number of walk-arounds are in place, but there has been progress one can see and quantify.
Do we need more progress? Probably, but we have made some one can see and count. It will be stifled to be sure, by chump.

Gavin Newsom said Trump lied and did not call him Monday (June 9). Trump said he did. I thought, well that will be easy to prove with phone logs, so Trump did on Fox:
“I told him to, essentially, ‘Get his ass in gear’ and stop the riots, which were out of control. More than anything else, this shows what a liar he is—Said I never called. Here is the evidence.”
When one does not remember the day of the week, thinks a bad photoshop of “MS-13” is tattooed on knuckles, and can’t walk up AF1 steps, you have dementia and motor problems- unfit for office.

I actually did read elsewhere that if a deployment is rapid and sudden, it’s not unusual for them to arrive before any of that stuff. I still remember the photos from J6 of them sleeping on the floor of the Capitol.

How many journalists have been shot with rubber bullets? One at least has required surgery on his thigh. Another took a fired projectile in his face resulting in a nasty large bruise to his forehead. Both are in hospital. A female broadcast anchor was “roughed up” for doing her job. A pair of cnn folks were detained and zip tied for the crime of being Black while being journalists.and I am sure there is more. These are crimes against folks doing their jobs. The admin has run rough shod over California state sovereignty by federalizing state troops and sending Marines that may end up trying to act as police. And there’s the personal bitter attacks and juvenile name calling by trump. And insulting folks in LA calling them animals, terrorists and more. So if I were a judge, and it’s a good thing I am not, I would take all of this as a back drop to the bullshit from trump lawyers.

Whites forced into contact with blacks in ordinary setting rapidly come to the conclusion that blacks are people too. The groups most likely to vote for Trump came from areas which were largely white.
