Yeah that was my question when I saw they were talking about a caucus. Wouldn’t be be excluded from the November ballot in CO on the same grounds?

Just to note that the best pizza I have ever eaten outside of Naples was in New Jersey, where I grew up and continued to visit regularly until fairly recently. The best subs, too (or, if you prefer, hoagies). Nothing better, and a lot worse, in NYC. Forget most MA pizza. I have yet to try New Haven’s famous pizza.

That’s not a position I have ever taken, at least not with respect to the 14th Amendment. In fact, I’ve argued to the contrary, as the Constitution repeatedly refers to the presidency as an “office” or an “officer.” Those who make the very bad and atextual argument that the president isn’t an “officer” for purposes of the 14th Amendment claim that the presidency is sui generis and sits apart from all the lesser officers.

A person shouldn’t have to fear getting blacklisted, because they support a Palestinian state.
However, it’s the goofy “ship” (Jews supposedly being oppressors) that’s sinking the Palestinian cause.
Gorsuch is now having a séance with his mom Anne Gorsuch. “Mom I know you wanted the environment laws gutted but this 14th amendment equal protection clause disqualification thing is getting confusing”.
