Supreme Court Abets Trump’s Defiance of Court Orders

I’m down with Florence Supermax, where he can hobnob with the luminaries of organized crime he admires.

Its double standard Tuesday, ralph. Which truth be told now follows double standard Monday, double standard Sunday, and so on and so on…

Also the more he descends into his senility over the next couple of years, the more he’ll sound off on with these anti-social, racist and ethnic slurs, as well as those fully bigoted remarks. He’s not some cute Archie Bunker type. He’s the real deal. The shithead you wish got his just desserts long ago.

He’s evil incarnate. He’s incapable of grace from what I understand all that to mean.

Let’s look at the bright side:

The Administration defying court orders and the Supreme Court approving it means there is no Constitutional Crisis.

On the other hand, nor is there any longer a Constitution.

A little different. Nazis and MAGA are the riff-raff that I cited. The Founders were men of their time in an era when any “educated” man compromised their morals as “the way things were” in that era.

Last time I looked it was still a free country, though maybe not for long the way things are going.

This is the normal looting mechanism - TSF owns over 50% of the shares, the company has $650M in cash and investments, he’ll probably tender his in proportion to his shareholding and trouser ~$200M in long term gains.

That’ll leave the company $250M in cash, which is only enough to limp on for about two years before it collapse, as it’s cashflow negative to the tune of about $25M per quarter.

Nothing to see here, SEC - oh wait I forgot the enforcement division has been disbanded.

ETA - he did miss one step, usually you load up the company with debt to do the buy-back - but the financials are so laughably bad that no one will lend them any money, a bond issuance would be so transparently corrupt that even Goldman Sachs would blush. Before running the book and taking their slice, of course.

Wow! It has an endangered species that he can run around trying to stomp out. He might not even miss his phone.

It’s free, so long as you aren’t careless enough to mow the lawn at an I-Hop restaurant.

What happens then?

Leadership thinks this is virtually automatic in '26.

Thus, if they can keep the left down they can say it was centrists that were supported all along and they neednt change.

They basically always have. He’s just become very accustomed to it…and hey, what does he have to lose? If the Media is going to allow him to dupe them every time…why not just start saying stuff that puts his opponents in bad spots? Like, he has been calling Xi and doing deals. Like so-n-so called him begging for a job. Or 90 countries are on the line begging for tariff relief. Like Dem govs have been calling him begging for him to stop being such a clear-headed hammer of reason and sense? Or, like two warring parties agreed to a peace deal he “brokered”.

Is that a real Faux Noise headline? They are going to be in trouble for that - “lashes out” is usually reserved for Real Housewives spats, and profanity doesn’t imply support.

Let them fight gif.

The son of a man who was brutalized by immigration authorities in Orange County, California, is speaking up after video of the incident went viral over the weekend.

The disturbing footage shows landscaper Narciso Barranco being pinned down and battered by a group of masked agents as he was picked up while working outside of a Santa Ana IHOP on Saturday.

At least a half-dozen men wearing gear identifying them as U.S. Border Patrol swarmed the man and beat him before forcing him into the back of an SUV.

And do you think screaming “I surrender” at the top of your lungs is going to protect you?

He’s so desperate for that Nobel Peace Prize he’ll never receive, and he thought he had it all in the bag with his declarative “cease fire”. He takes the fact the parties involved didn’t stop as a personal affront to him.
