Oh, sorry. I did miss that to some extent. I didn’t know all the details. I saw bits and pieces of that story and how he was beaten and roughed up but I didn’t know where it happened or that it was that particular person. I didn’t know it happened outside an I-HOP either.

That’s right. For all we know they are bounty hunters which have far less rules for grabbing people off the street as current law enforcement. Considering ICE has less willingness to follow the law than most law enforcement that’s not much comfort either.
This covering the face, not wearing a numbered badge or any kind of identifying information that they are LEO makes constant chaos, which is most likely what they want. And where are these people’s uniforms ffs?

It doesn’t matter if it is written down or not, if someone like TSF gets elected and just ignores all the norms, laws, and has a supine court letting him get away with everything. The UK would collapse under the same pressure (though it might not have done under QE2 as she’d have told the Army to terminate a TSF analogue, and they probably would have done it)
