I understand. Sometimes I like to push it to the next logical step anyway. Though it would be great if that was her punishment and her response afterwards was, “This is what has you in such a tizzy? What a crybaby!” or something along those lines.

So am I right that he’s claiming anything less than a long prison sentence will lead his supporters to attack and kill protesters? I think he should furnish details of the criminal plans he apparently is aware of. Under oath.

Maybe the judge will incarcerate the defendant in the Courthouse lock up for an hour, or less than an hour and put her on Probation, although I think Probation is kind of excessive for what happened here.
But the world will indeed be unsafe for the Modern GOP if people can get away with tossing beverages at obnoxious demagogue assholes.

Matt Gaetz needs to realize that what comes around goes around. You will have people watch your ever move for any crimes you may commit in order for you to be sent to prison. I have no doubt they will find something on you for corruption as you appear to be corrupt.

In the movies the wronged woman throws the drink in his face and calls him a cad.
She laughs contemptuously first, after which the guy takes it stoically – and chivalrously.
