… for wasting a perfectly good drink that he would have preferred to consume.

The guy’s got principles, you know.

And an unquenchable thirst.

In all of this, somehow it feels like Matt is actually used to having drinks tossed in his face. Different venue though.

Sure, Matt. Prison time for milkshake-tossers, but not for DUI.
Filthy hypocrite.

Only the defendant’s incarceration will send the message that this nation’s judiciary takes seriously its responsibility to protect the United States House of Representatives from damp shirts and sticky skin.

I understand that it’s not relevant to the crime that the victim has been trying to get a third person killed. But maybe it ought to be just this once.

The clothes did eventually dry, didn’t they? So there was no actual damage, dismiss!.

What is needed here is a real US attorney in DC (perhaps after 2020). Matt G threatened witnesses in the Mueller investigation, and some jail time for witness intimidate is in order.

Turn around is fair play!

This lady is already facing financial ruin, but Gaetz is still butthurt that there are people who see through his title and recognize him as an ignorant blowhard fuckwit, and he wants the DOJ to punish this lady for not bowing and scraping the way he wants.

Meanwhile, Papado spent how many hours in prison for literal treason and lying to the FBI?

This is what tyranny looks like. A worthless piece of shit has power that everyone knows he doesn’t deserve, so he abuses the power of the state to hurt people until they at least pretend to respect him.

The world will be a better place when Matt Gaetz finally chokes to death on his own foot.

Next time Gaetz gets a speeding ticket or DUI violation the judge should give him the maximum sentence…to set an example to others, of course.

Anyone have a spare large milkshake with sprinkles they could part with? Asking for a friend.

I’m beginning to sense a pattern … it’s Clown Car Day at TPM?

I can’t wait until tomorrow. A lot of people are saying micro-farmer Devin “The Mad (At) Cow Suer” Nunes is going to forego his opening statement in favor of an unnecessarily elongated Cowsills medley, accompanied by the Ramblin’ Rethugliklan Renderers, featuring Gym Jordan.

Just a darn shame the shake wasn’t frozen solid…

Oh stuff it, Matt.

In Gaetz’s case, that would qualify as a pre-existing condition under Obamacare…

If she’d been drunk when she threw the milkshake it’d be a totally different story.

Gaetz sent a letter to U.S. District Court in Pensacola on Wednesday asking the court to sentence her “to some time of incarceration.”

“Do not treat her like the courts treated me. There must be a deterrent effect (to this sentence),” the serial drunk driver added.

BUT, did the drink actually HIT HIM?

Under Gaetz’s own defense of Trump, if the attempt at the crime did not succeed, then there WAS NO CRIME!

He should consider himself lucky if he gets his dry cleaning bill covered…
