It takes 2/3 of the states to call a Constitutional Convention, but 3/4 to pass any amendments it might propose. The right wing states might be approaching the 34 threshold, but 38 is a whole different matter.

Musk absolutely needs to be investigated. Charge him with espionage if you can prove it, pull his clearance regardless. However, no to torture and no to cute euphemisms like “enhanced interrogation”. Torture works to terrorize a populace you are trying to subjugate. Torture is a terrible way to learn accurate information. Besides Musk would not be difficult for experienced interviewers to get info out of. Some fawning about what a clever boy he is should do it.
The word “claim” is one of those loaded terms the media use to cast doubt. CNN does that rather than simply determine the facts, which would have been easy to ascertain. It also casts the burden of a potentially false statement on Obama rather than Trump, who asserted it in the first place.
The same for J6th. The insurrection was televised live. All the TV stations had it up at the same time. Well I suppose Fox had it up too, but who knows?
I also find it deeply irritating that decrying “polarization” implies that somewhere in between those gosh-darn poles is a pleasant field in which to frolic in American bliss. We could get there if we’d just stop with all the polarizing and stuff!
