And granted summary judgment to Dominion as to the falsity off the allegedly defamatory statements and Fox News’ responsibility for publishing them. The latter is a big deal, as Fox wanted to argue that they were just reporting on what the people like Sidney and Rudy were saying.

I think that a)California is not all San Francisco, and if you haven’t seen the monstrosities that get driven around Oakland, you are in for a wonderful surprise, b)If the Iowans are still in their trucks, those pitchforks won’t go a whole hell of a lot, and c)It’s really lovely that you think an F-350 is a tank, but it takes less than a 30-mile-an-hour lateral impact on the front wheels and CV joints to render any pickup totaled as the frame around the engine bends.
And since all of the US only has 16 million Ford pickups of all models… numbers still aren’t on Iowa’s side. California… just California… has roughly that many motor vehicles. Iowa’s got fewer than 1 million trucks including tractors… yeah, I’m willing to bet Oakland, San Jose, and Los Angeles County have more than enough Escalades to not give a shit.
(Also, just an FYI, the Escalade’s in the same weight class as the 350, but more compact, and so denser).

that has NEVER BEEN CHARGED BEFORE, HATES ME. His name is Juan Manuel Marchan, was hand picked by
Bragg & the Prosecutors, & is the same person who
“railroaded” my 75 year old former CFO, Allen Weisselberg, to take a “plea” deal (Plead GUILTY, even if you are not, 90 DAYS, fight us in Court, 10 years (life!) in jail. He strong armed Allen, which a judge is not
allowed to do, & treated my companies, which didn’t
“plead,” VICIOUSLY. APPEALING!
Now I’m wondering if you can gag someone before they’ve even been arraigned. Trump is certainly making a strong effort at that.
