Looks like taiga – I’m uncertain how the needles impact agricultural soil quality; although, I have cause to believe they are detrimental.

I just heard a Republican Congresscritter on the BBC. This sums up his enlightening comments: “Weaponization . . . Hillary Clinton destroying documents . . . Hunter Biden’s laplop . . . Trump is all that stands between us and them . . . I think this helps Trump . . . a red wave like we’ve never seen.” This is what a gerrymandering gets us. Dumb cult members.

Pine needles have a lot of acid, so the soil would be acidic, I think. If you’ll notice, when you’re walking through a pine forest, there is hardly any underbrush or ground cover. Ceder trees are similar, except they tend to grow where there’s plenty of limestone and not much topsoil. At least that is what I have noticed. Ceders make great cover for animals like rabbits and fox etc.

People are not interested in victimhood. They want to hear plans for the future and how their lives can be improved. I wouldn’t put too much faith in seeing a Red Wave. The minority party is getting louder, not stronger. They’ll still try to cheat in every way possible, and that’s what we need to be on guard for.

Melania has to be just thrilled about these latest developments.

Perhaps charging Chiselin’ Trump will merely cause future corrupt presidents to embrace Nixon’s approach, i.e., resign and get pardoned by a new president from one’s own party, rather than seek re-election and risk losing to the other party. Of course, I’m thinking only about future corrupt Republican presidents.
