Yup. Just like fire extinguishers and first aid kits have to be accessible in the workplace. Joe’s not saying ‘you have to be vaccinated’, after all. You can provide proof of negative tests. No employee is required to do anything about their own health, only required not to endanger the health of others.

my doctors’ office would not accept the scan of my record, submitted for my vaccination record there, until I authorized the CDC to download their record to the doctors’ office
if OSHA needs verification, a fake card won’t cut it… they’ll be able to ask the CDC data base if it’s on record…
