I think the map illustrates that long periods of recursive stability do not guarantee predictable outcomes. Where one is located on the map can have serious implications as to the potential magnitude of change in one particular direction.

Nonsense. Rudy’s devices got executed practically Day 1 after Lisa Monaco took over the Criminal Division. And it took time to develop probable cause to seize Clark and Eastman’s shit. The subpoena for Chapman University’s email records of Eastman’s activity didn’t require probable cause, and that subpoena was getting upheld by Judge Carter as early as January 2022.
This bullshit did not suddenly get discovered when Cassidy Hutchinson testified in summer 2022. It just takes time to build out a conspiracy case against the head of the crime family.

I hear you, and I guess you’re probably right, but… in the specifics, in the law suits that Trump’s lawyers and allies’ lawyers filed in the various states, the Judges that rejected those suits described a few of them as transparently racist inasmuch as they alleged that, for example, mail in ballots in minority areas, Detroit, and, (was it Dane County?), in Wisconsin, were rife with fraud, while making no similar claim about mail in ballots in areas with smaller minority populations. Trump’s complaints in Fulton County, GA did not involve the voters from Buckhead, only those from downtown Atlanta.
The voters that the GOP sought to disenfranchise, were areas with significantly higher minority populations than average.
But, you’d obviously know better than me what you might be allowed to allege, or able prove, in court.
