Well there is a lot of talk about putting more justices on the court to get a more balanced SCOTUS. I think we should. I bet Roberts thinks we shouldnât but he has to have heard that itâs a serious discussion which it is.
There will be repercussions if the SCOTUS hangs out there completely out of step with the country.

Well look, anybody could make a mistake and punch the wrong button that disables the software. I could easily screw up like that, being a non-techie and all.

I donât bitch about the place much at all because I spend so much time here that would be dumb. I donât complain about content or grammar. I would appreciate it however if the commenting software wasnât circa 2003 or whatever - it acts like Eschaton used to act when blogging was brand new and we were all, including Atrios, on dialup.
