I was thinking more Warren, Sanders, Wyden, Merkel…Schumer is too moderate, friendly with Wall Street and pro Israel. If there is one lesson to be taken from the election for Dems is that we need some new faces in leadership all the way around.

Yesirree! The ACLU’s position is that money is free speech. They gutted the 1974 Campaign Finance Reform Act by arguing in favor of Buckley v. Valeo. The also opposed McCain-Feingold and strongly supported Citizens United.
In other words, the ACLU sees nothing wrong with elections going to the highest briber, er, bidder. The Koch Brothers love what they do in torpedoing campaign finance restrictions!
