Clemmons is best known as the cop killer, Wayne DuMond, another Huckabee parolee is known as the Rapist Murderer.
That was on a early charge of exploitation of a child and second-degree assault over what the cops thought was a domestic dispute with his asian “boyfriend” in 1988, to which he plead guilty to. And not about the murders that he was later charged and convicted of.
When they started finding bodies in 1991, he was charged with the first set of murders and bail was initially set at $1 million in July of 1991 but was upped to $5 million after additional charges for 8 more murders were filed at an August 6, 1991 hearing.
