Clemmons was charged with molesting/raping his wifeās 12 year old daughter but his main claim to fame was the execution of 4 police officers. Wayne DuMond, another man Huck cut loose, is the one best known for rape/murder.
Someone should tell Huckabee that the purpose of jail in a contempt of court issue is coercion to follow the courtās order, not punishment.
Granting bail sort of negates the whole point of the exercise.
Someone should also tell Huckabee that heās a pompous right-wing gasbag who has no understanding of how our courts and laws work.

Its an unbelievable moment only for morons. Anyone with half a brain understands why she was sent to jail while others qualified for a bail.

Bail is for the purpose of making sure the Defendant shows up for his trial. Sheās already had her hearing, and is now being jailed for contempt. Bail serves no functional purpose here.
But one of the conditions of bail is to obey all laws. Like issuing marriage licenses to law-abiding same sex couples. Is the clerk now willing to issue those licenses?
when is this DUMBASS gonna realize that there is no bail for contempt of court. Only a purge of the contempt, to wit: she agrees to issue marriage licenses in accord with decided law! I guess when civics classes convened in junior or senior high school, or at the Holier-Than-Thou Seminary that this dumb fuck attended, he must have been at lunch. If Dahmer and Gacy had refused the judgeās order to follow his conditions of release, they would have been held on contempt like Kim until they agreed to follow the judgeās order. Kim herself holds the key to her release. She may continue to freely exercise her beliefs outside jail as long as she agrees to forego conduct that violates secular law and harms citizens and the public interest.

Oh, I think he knows heās prevaricating. Heās stirring the pot in order to get support from those who are too stupid to know heās prevaricating. Heās crooked as a dogās hind leg. In fact he reminds me of Hunter S. Thompson saying that Tricky Dick was so crooked he need staff to help him screw his pants on every morning. I guess I find this one more reprehensible than all the others.

I had to look up Dahmerās history (Research/kicks), but it still stands on Sam Donaldsonās explanation on why the media didnāt do their job in regards to the defense programs ad.
You and i (and a whole lot of folks) immediately went to Google, the moment when Huckabee starting spouting off those statements. Chances are that the media didnāt do that.
