Yes! That’s what’s driving me nuts. Trans women have ALWAYS used the women’s/girls bathroom. This is yet another solution in desperate search of a problem. It’s unsafe for trans women to use the men’s bathroom, and forcing then to do so unnecessarily outs them to their peers. Doing so would almost certainly make them the object of ridicule, abuse, and potentially violence.
Also, someone whos intentions are too dress as a woman in order to gain access to little girls in the restroom isn’t going to be stopped from committing a major felony for fear of being charged with a minor misdemeanor. Think about it. These laws are akin to creating laws against parking in front of a bank in order to prevent bank robbery.
Lastly, find me a woman who, because of long lines to the women’s room, has never been forced to use the men’s. I’ll wait. I honestly can’t even begin to count the times at the KY Derby alone I’ve had to dip into one of the men’s stalls in order to head off disaster.

Well, President Obama most definitely isn’t implementing the ‘conservative’ agenda and those that like to claim such horseshit only need to reference actions such as this.
If Obama were what both sides claim at times, we would be living in some sort of liberalish-right wingish-progressive-fundamental war zone with a neo-Marxist-Trotskian-fascist twist and have our throats stuffed full of agenda things.
But we aren’t. We are living in progressive times right now with the advertised hope and change happening all around us. Obama isn’t hardcore on much and he gets the Ire up of his own side now and again for his lack of pure partisanship but America is a big joint and keeping the natives all happy and unified is no small task.
I’ll take Barack’s approach and his winning big on most fronts record.
And don’t kid yourself, just because the pee pee police are feigning anger and threatening whatever, they aren’t winning jack shit, they are just further ingraining a position that they can’t get out of and that means that we that are the majority will remain the majority.
Barack Obama wins and so do we with him!
Obama is working these clowns nine ways from Sunday and I say, lets give them some more stuff to pretend is a problem, because they will, and then get out of the way and let conservativism rain.

If I remember correctly, when we (mr. and I) travelled to Paris, there were unisex bathrooms. No biggie!

Point was that being Catholic Schools, in both cases, illustrates that this supposedly very conservative group has had facility setup in the past that is exactly what is being suggested today. Well if the REPUGS wish is to return to the 50s welcome to “today’s” issue in action.

Actually in the 50s living in Eastern NC we wanted to ride in the back of the bus, usually the back seats, and objected when the driver would be upset that we had crossed that white line on the floor.
