Discussion: GOP Rep. Defends O'care Repeal Plan As Town Hall Crowd Shouts 'Vote Him Out'

It would be grand, but first we must act decisively as a democracy and prevent Russia from hacking Democratic party undertakings. That’s a tall order considering the troglodytes who are in charge.

O my god.

Let’s hope he is the same caliber of legal talent as his wife is as a spokesperson - really lousy.

OMG is right. Are these people insane? (Rhetorical question – I already know the answer.)

I think I read that KAC was on inactive bar status for failure to pay dues. (Although it’s more likely that she didn’t complete MCLE.)

He was so successful removing Clinton. Interesting, though, Conway’s suit led to the unanimous Jones v. Clinton decision allowing a sitting President to be sued in civil court. Might come in useful. Pity about that “Law of Unintended Consequences.”

Yeah I think I knew that for about 10 minutes at some point in the last few months. hahahaha

My pet obsession is getting rid of Smirking Paul Ryan in Wisconsin’s First District, actually very achievable.

But you are very correct, Tena, Pete Sessions’ 32nd District in the North of Dallas need not be his for long! Clinton won the district just now! He can be thrown out on his ass and surely will not be missed!! Vulnerable!

I used to live in Sessions’ district, also Hensarling’s and by the time I left I was in Eddie Bernice Johnson’s. I didn’t move. The lines did. I now am in Lamar Smith’s district. Ugh. 2018 should be lots of fun, because a lot of people who vote R out of habit, might be waking up to the fact that these guys really do think they need to follow through on their campaign promises. Like Drumpf’s followers, no one thought they would do what they said they would do. How long will it take jerks like Smith to wake up to the fact that even though their own seat is safe, they might find themselves back in the minority real soon?

Totally - they all are. I’m not kidding when I say that this county went blue in '06 and just keeps getting bluer.

We did go for Clinton by a pretty big margin as I recall and if ever there was a year to finally pry these ticks off who gerrymandered themselves into this fucking GOP machine dictatorship here, it’s going to be '18.

I’m hoping Abbott goes down in flames too. I think he’s up next year.

Appointing George because the wife has been useful is the very definition of nepotism. Just like the appointment of turtle’s lady wife and the appointment of the son-in-law was too. George led the charge but there was a group that called themselves “elves”, yes really, and was always on standby to do something to assist Jones, and one of them was Coulter. Maybe she could be the Chronicler in Chief trailing after trumpee with a pen and note pad.
