It is to be noted that neither Wolfowitz nor Yoo has endorsed or unequivocally said that he will vote for her. They simply claim that they can’t support Trump because, you know, he might start a war or two.

The interview was given to Der Spiegel, so perhaps in the original German he said he was voting for the American Angela Merkel.
