Yoo was not one of the architects of the war. He was in the Justice Department and provided the legal justification for torture and other mistreatment of prisoners as well as for warrantless wiretapping. He also left in 2003. Even at Nuremberg the jurists who legalized and enabled the crimes of the Third Reich were tried separately.

Blech…Wolfowitz brings nothing to Clinton’s campaign with his quasi-endorsement. Obviously as a Dem, I could give a shit who he votes for and I suspect most Republicans likewise, finally feel the same about this asshole. I still wish this POS would just disappear from all public view…permanently.
