Discussion: Donald Sterling Is a Registered Republican

The ‘urinating cherub’ is a famous statue in a fountain in Brussels known as Manneken Pis.

The avatar and the nym are a rebus writing for ‘piss on Libs’.

That’s quite untrue. Did you know that Israeli Arabs can and do vote, and that they can and do serve in the Knesset (Israeli parliament)? I’m not saying that there are no issues, but I am saying that Israeli Arabs have far more political rights, and a far better standard of living, than do most Arabs who live in the surrounding nations like Egypt, Saudi Arabia, etc.

Yep, I saw that

"Nonetheless, there is reason to believe that strict right-wing ideology might appeal to those who have trouble grasping the complexity of the world.

“Socially conservative ideologies tend to offer structure and order,” Hodson said, explaining why these beliefs might draw those with low intelligence. “Unfortunately, many of these features can also contribute to prejudice.”"

However this study does not measure or seek to quantify assholery along party lines. So there is still research to be undertaken for a Masters degree at a minimum.

Yeps that’s what Huge_Stain is using as his avatar when he posts here. Feel free to flag liberally

I’ll have the extra large bucket of extra crispy schadenfreude, please.

“Conservatives’ meme falls apart…” - sorry, in order for it to fall apart, they’d have to admit they were wrong. That ain’t gonna happen. The cognitive dissonance is strong within them.

If it’s out there I’m certain that you, being the concern troll that you are, can find it. Just keep your head down close to the ground and keep pecking.

Whoops there it is !

I’m gonna take a wild guess here, but it might be because none of them are billionaires who own basketball teams and refers to his players in terms usually reserved for the plantation. Just a wild stab in the dark – you know, like you trying to seem intelligent, informed, aware, or any other trait associated with productive members of the human race.

No doubt. And if the birth-certificate meme is still in force after all this time, the “Sterling is a Dem” meme can hang on in the face of proof for a couple of news cycles.

Don’t forget, “and WE FREED THE SLAVES! WE DID IT! WHERE’S YOUR GRATITUDE?! HUH?!? WAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!”

Squawkin’ Malkin…a creature indeed, The same whackobird that called for a reduction in federal programs like the people who fight forest fires… …buh buh duh-oh!

Ohhh fricking waaaaaaaiiiiiiitttt!!!

Wasn’t really relevant when folks labeled him as a Democrat, and it’s still not very significant now that he has been identified as a registered Republican … except that it will burst the bubble of smug conservative pundits who were all moist in the loins over the prospect of using Sterling as the poster child of left wing racism.

Sterling’s political activism has been nominal at best, but his racist remarks and swift backlash by prominent minorities and progressive politicians will likely land him a spot on Hannity’s show with an opportunity to defend himself.

“An earlier version of this post identified Sterling as a Democrat. Although his political donations appear to have been exclusively to Democrats, his official party affiliation is not known. A Clippers representative did not respond to requests for his present political affiliation.”

WTF, they could not even bring themselves to acknowledge the now-proven fact that he’s a registered Republican.

On Sunday, Sterling’s party affiliation was very important to NR, even though they had no… what’s the word… PROOF of his registered party affiliation. On Monday… oh nevermind!

Well, that blowed up real good. In their faces.

Another plantation party donor getting caught for racism!

TPM’s insistence on following this story as if were of national importance really disappoints me. The guy is who he is, who cares? He makes absolutely no difference in our lives. Read Kareem’s take on the story, he’s the first person who’s had his head on straight about it.

Why isn’t TMP covering Gurbaksh Chahal, the former CEO of RadiumOne? Here’s a Democrat waging a one-man war on women by kicking his girlfriend 117 times in a 30-minute attack. It couldn’t be because Chahal has donated about $80,000 to Democrats since 2011. It’s sad it doesn’t rate a single story.

Here he is with Obama.

Probably because RadiumOne’s board of directors fired his ass almost immediately. Sterling is still in place. Do try to keep up.
