Fulton County prosecutors are recommending a sentence of six years probation. Powell will also be required to testify at future trials and write an apology letter to the citizens of Georgia.
She is getting off easily, but lawyers here might want to weight in what it means to the other Coffee County defendants other that having to change their pants. And what about the larger case?

Chesebro was one of the designers of the January 6 plot. He was also inside the Trump Whitehouse. If he falls it is over for Trump.
The Powell deal is pretty good, the rush will be on to flip on Trump. The first defendants to flip will get the best deals.

She may be an idiot but she was smart enough to get her plea deal early. I suspect the other defendants are lining up to flip on the orange julius caesar while there is still an offer on the table. I bet there is lots of rage and fury down at mar a lago today.
