Half of this country lost their minds 15 years ago when a Black man was elected president.
Most of them never recovered, and then they spitefully, maliciously elected a man who blew dog whistles and spread rumors about Obama’s birth certificate, just so they could give Trump the credit for Obama’s economic recovery.
Personally I think Byron Donalds is absolutely the closest thing to another Trump in congress. He’s big, he lies incessantly with impunity, he is always on the attack, he can change his mind in a second and deny it, and he seems to have absolutely no moral compass at all. I find him pretty scary after seeing what a Trump can do with this electorate.
Question: will the E. Jean Carroll defamation case figure into his sentence? Or will judge Merchan not take it into consideration because it was a separate civil case where the convicted felon is still liable for damages.
Ms Grack and I went downtown to a fancy burger and cocktails place and had a lovely meal which I washed down with an IPA, finished with (ironically) a delicious carrot cake a la mode.
Sadly, we now have to wait until November to see if there are enough informed and right thinking voters who put the country and the Republic first over ignorance and self-serving tyranny!
There was a recent article about how Donalds and his wife are big charter school and Christian academy activists where it’s a business enterprise for them. Conflict of interest? Possibly.
This IS the darkest day in our history and Trump is the shameful reason that darkness has descended on our country. The 2016 election was the second darkest day in our nation’s history. That was the time Trump allowed a porn star and a thug (Putin) to control our election. Trump’s conviction will be meaningless unless he goes to prison.
