You know the problem is that I’m not rejoicing. I feel like we just won a battle, but the war is not over and we’ll have to keep doing this over and over again, with an opponent that gets more and more desperate and eager to harm us and anyone else who won’t yield to their whim. This was a sad victory for our ideals, one that had we actually held those ideas wouldn’t need to have been fought.

IIUC, the civil case wouldn’t be factored in but his contempt and abuse of the gag order could be. I’ll beat this horse to death, but I’m hoping for a suspended prison sentence for now and incarceration after the election for violating the terms of the sentence.
Perhaps @txlawyer can set me straight if I misunderstand any of this.
