Sorry Dotard, just like your bigly election loss, no contest.

Enjoy 3 hots and a cot at Hotel Greybar.

I am interested to see if they try the Executive Privilege argument or that Presidential Immunity one.

Or more likely one and then the other and then whatever else will fit in the spaghetti pot.

When (and I say “when” not "if) those tax records are given to Congress, methinks that the smart folks on the D side of the aisle will look at the shady numbers therein, compare them to T***p’s public statements about his finances, as well as other documents they’ve received from Mazars, Deutsche Bank and others, and take about two seconds to conclude massive tax fraud has taken place and ask the DOJ to investigate.

Game over, asshole.

“What’s changed?” Mr. Fischetti told the Journal.

Management at the DoJ and the WH, for a start. Fish-shitty, your client is fucked.

Fischetti is Donnie’s attorney here?
What happened, Powell and Wood were unavailable?
He can hardly expect to prevail without the kraken.

I honestly do not believe Trump’s taxes will ever be handed over to Congress, the rule of law be damned.

He will never be held accountable for anything!

“There is no evidence of any wrongdoing here and I object to the release of the returns not only on behalf of my client but on behalf of all future holders of the office of the president of the United States,” Trump lawyer Ronald Fischetti told the paper.

Gee, big surprise.

Maybe they didn’t get paid, either. Trump has a long history of stiffing his lawyers.

Gee, I didn’t see that one comin’. He he he. What a loser!!

Fischetti’s statement is risible: makes it hard to keep a meal in your mouth.
It’s fucking black letter law that has been deferred to for 80 odd years, by anyone called on to do so. Presumably, yes, all filers would continue to have to do so.
Now, explain to me what makes your client different in a way that makes Donnie an allowable exception…

I have been watching various debates between those who want immediate action and those like myself who usually want a deliberate and measured approach to a series of topics.

But really, can someone just leak the frick’n documents already?

It is what he does.

I don’t believe Ways and Means has Trump’s third party banking records, and it would be awfully hard to conclude the returns are fraudulent without those records (and Trump’s).

He’s ignoring that all other holders of the office (and those aspiring to hold the office) for the past several decades have released their tax returns to the general public voluntarily. And before the election.

There is no evidence of any wrongdoing here

You misspelled “rightdoing”.
