Why On Earth Are Some MAGA Republicans Wearing AR-15 Pins?

I wonder if there are any Trademark or Copyright applications.

I can’t believe no one in the 150 posts following yours haven’t awarded you this score yet.

Orange started this particularly slimy ball rolling by asking Zelensky about it. Up until then, everyone would have said, Who, What? and also So What?

It is all a very obvious money-making ploy. Even the ever clueless orange must know that no third party candidate, no matter how much hoopla, has come close in the modern era to be a third-party candidate. But grifting is his specialty so he beats on ceaselessly against the current, etc., etc.

In December 2012, shortly after the massacre at Sandy Hook, we received a Christmas card. One of my ex wife’s friends from high school had married a stupidly rich dude who was 45 years older than her, we’re talking 9 figures. Anyway, on the front of the card was a picture of the two of them in front of a Christmas tree, and the old fuck was holding - I shit you not - an AR-15. That’s what these motherfucking rich cunts think of us, and our pain and suffering. It’s fucking hilarious to them. if these rich fucks could hunt us for sport, they fucking would and you all know it.

The Daily Beast reports:

The man responsible for handing out pins in the shape of assault weapons that have been adopted by right-wing Republicans in Congress has revealed himself—as clashes between the political parties grow over the controversial accessory. Earlier this week, the pins appeared on the lapels of Rep. George Santos and Rep. Anna Paulina Luna in committee meetings and on the House floor.

“I’m Congressman Andrew Clyde for Georgia’s 9th District,” Rep. Clyde says in a video posted to Twitter on Thursday night claiming credit for the stunt. “I hear that this little pin I’ve been giving out on the House floor has been triggering some of my Democrat colleagues. If I missed you on the House floor, please stop by my office in Cannon, I have plenty more to give out.”

Clyde, who famously called the Capitol riot an “ordinary tourist visit,” owns one of Georgia’s largest gun stores. His campaign signs before the election featured AR15 silhouettes

Maybe not going after insurrectionist members of Congress set a bad precedent? AR pins, grenades as gifts. They’ve moved passed the “O.K.” hand signs and have now come out fully in the open telling the Q’s what to do. Even TFG was talking violence again the other day.

Doubt he’s actually looking that far ahead. At this point, he’s just willing to take any friends he can get. He’s like a shark that can’t stop swimming.

There are some sociopaths that seem to literally have no fear about getting caught - even when they’re caught. Instead they use their lack of shame to bully the facts into submission. If this reminds you of a certain person who swears his elaborate comb-over does not conceal the least bit of baldness, well, me too.

When Liberals Take Over, Clyde

We’re gonna make him… be informed, for once in his life.
Then, we’re gonna make him, make him, you understand… vote.
AND we’re gonna make it real… real… real… eeeeeeeeeasy.

Why indeed are they wearing those hideous pins? Whatever the reason, it clearly tells us how little they really care for human life. As if we needed more evidence. But it’s a distraction we should ignore as just a juvenile stunt from a leaderless crew of lost souls lurching from one bad idea to another in their quest for relevance.

An “ordinary tourist visit.”
He means it’s okay for a mob to treat his store or his home the same way.
But he doesn’t need to worry & expect either, because he knows the great majority of people, who are actually loyal to their country, aren’t pro-violent crime and pro-sedition the way he is.
He and his kind are free riders on the rest of us wanting to hang onto civilization. Neither he nor any of the rest of us would be able to live in the kind of world he seems to think is okay.

Challenge him and don’t let up on the statement that the pin is pro-murder. Brand it and persevere on it the same way the Fox News types ride something. Make the pro-violent-crime gun goons wear the reputation that goes with the pin.

Same conspiracy theories the right gets into. Look to the far left, find folks discovering sympathies with Alex Jones & Tucker Carlson. These are your healthy-living types, alternative lifestyle types, Green Party, anarcho-socialists. They’re susceptible. Not hugely different from the perversity of much of the European left when it came to Hitler and the Nazis.

I agree. I have a family member (niece) who works on the Hill. She is young and full of hope and wants to do good things. I am terrified that she has to be around these fucking monsters. Fucking terrified.

What good is wearing the pins if nobody knows what they represent? Is it just some inner sanctum secret sign?

“Blueanon” cracks me up. They snidely try to snap back at Dems but it’s really only a lame attempt to both-sides the insanity of the Q/Republican connection. Q is you, MAGAs.

He might be quite happy to settle for a pardon. …bet Pence is the only prospective candidate Trump he would trust to give him one if Pence agreed too.
