Overall, they’re playing hot potato, trying to keep from getting burned. Clearly, though, there are some elements that have other agendas and games which they are playing.
Would definitely separate the individuals from the country, Ukraine isn’t going to lose Democratic support. Some of its people won’t be very welcome, though.
