He’s right. Abuse of power isn’t a crime the same way “collusion” isn’t a crime. Extortion is the underlying crime and there are also a host of other crimes that stem from his attempts to extort political favors from Ukraine. This is all just a very stupid word game.

Doesn’t matter if “abuse of power” is a crime. It matters whether sufficiently egregious abuse of power is impeachable and grounds for removal from office.

And the information so far seems to be perfectly understandable by a majority of the country who are paying attention, although maybe not so much for Mr. Whitaker.

However, it’s good to see that Fox News is going to well-respected experts on Constitutional law for commentary.
