Am I Frist??!!
We need a good win in GA – for Warnock. Y’all are going to have to pull the weight here at TPM. I will be spending the next 2 hours getting my right knee replaced, and thereafter being pretty drugged.
Go, HIVE!
YIKES!
Good thoughts headed your way! Not that you’ll kneed them.
ETA. Hopefully the same can be said of Warnock.
It’s so worth it. My best friend suffered for years and finally got one of his replaced and it was amazing. Rehab was remarkably quick. Good luck (you won’t need it). Warnock will take care of the dope.
As Ray Charles often observed, “I’ve got Georgia on my mind.”
Had a friend that got BOTH knees done at once,6 weeks of rehab and she was doing really well
Good Luck
Turnout has been high throughout the early voting period. As the votes are tallied, we’ll see whose voters are more enthusiastic for their candidate.
How is it possible that Herschel Walker can generate “enthusiasm” among any voter who is not a rabid Georgia Bulldog? I simply can’t fathom anyone looking forward to spending 6 years, or any length of time with him.
I read Warnock seems to have an edge at this late stage. Walker would be a disaster in the Senate. But let’s say Walker wins. If that happens Trump’s recent missteps will be forgiven by the GOP, not that he’s been sternly held to account anyway. But we’ll be regaled with tales of Trump still holding sway, picking winners, needing to be respected and feared. He put forward Walker, and Walker won. Forget the anti-Semitism, forget the terminating the Constitution kerfuffle, Trump is still the kingmaker. A Walker win rehabilitates Trump. Let’s hope it doesn’t happen.
Is Georgia the new Nevada? I don’t think so because the two states are different in at least one fundamental way. While both states are showing a convincing leftward shift the reasons for those shifts are different. I lived in Nevada (Las Vegas) for a number of years. Nevada is getting bluer due to a huge influx of people fleeing California’s very high taxes. I know because I was one of them, and they are bringing their liberal politics with them… Georgia’s leftward shift has different factors driving it’s blueward drift. That said, I welcome any and every shift from red to blue anywhere in the country.
Some people spot poison sooner than others.
Multiple women seemingly sought him out for years of abuse. Some of them even after having contact witha previous girlfriend or wife.
“Stay away from that man, he’ll hurt you and mistreat you.”
“Oh, really? Hmmm, do you have his number?”
There is also a 5 minute version of this Sizzler ad (in the thread, no idea why) but 2:10 is plenty.
This should go over well with independents

Ugh! Hope all goes well!
My brother had both done about 6 weeks apart and is doing very well.
Hope all goes smoothly. Heal fast!
