I read a recent study that if you take in to account all staff members, not just teachers, the percentage of educational staffers at risk for a serious Covid illness is 42%. In any case, I’m happily enjoying semi-retirement from teaching- just monitoring students in a digital learning program.

That is only the ones tested. I know families in TX who had Covid, the older kids are tested, and found positive, but the babies are not tested because the treatment for the babes do not change. I.E. there is no special treatment for covid. The reason to test the older kids is for social distancing.
