Conway’s piece was witty. But the Tom Joseph twitter thread I linked to makes a substantive prediction. This guy is not a physician but has been involved with dementia for many years personally (three of his close family members died from either Huntington’s or frontotemporal dementia), and also as a legal guardian and researcher. He has been tracking Trump’s symptoms very closely for a long time (see his twitter feed) and quite confidently asserts that there is no way Trump is going to last until the next election.
Am I 100% confident he’s right? Of course not. But he does point to a lot of evidence. And it gives me hope.

I have a few friends that live in west Baltimore. From my extremely small sample size… I haven’t gotten the impression from social media that any of them intend on calling the WH to thank anyone there.

I’m just glad the former reality TV show host has so many great ideas for bringing everyone in the country together and providing all people in America with the hope, education, tools, health care, and opportunity for a better life.
It makes up for these insignificant ‘bad moves.’

Last week, Politico and WAPO told me the racism was brilliant politics. So did the NYT. What changed? Polling and the attitude of the Democrats. You know what Elijah Cummings is doing? He’s ready to put Ivanka’s and Jared’s emails on blast and we’re going to learn how much Jared has been the lynchpin of grifting and collusion. You know what else? Cummings is putting Tom Barrack on blast for his gritty, treasony ways to shop Flynn’s plan to sell nukes to Saudi Arabia in exchange for grift.
You know what else happened? We opened an impeachment inquiry on that motherf***er.
You know what else is about to happen? Dems are going to get the stage for 2 days and put Trump on blast.
He’s losing. We’re winning. Keep it up. His racism isn’t stopping us from doing what we’re doing.

I’m pretty sure that these e-mail accounts will never be hacked. Why bother when the information you want is being supplied directly?
A physician’s certification you are sane and free of any signs of dementia or loss of mental functions is not required to be a candidate for the Presidency. The U.S. electorate would reelect Trump if he was knowingly reduced to drooling in a corner of the Oval Office, awaiting his shift nurse to change his diaper.

Why is TPM still granting column inches to this bogus virtue-signalling from people inside the wire? They’re simply trying to manufacture a scrim of plausible deniability for later use in the job market. It would be better if the NYT hung up the phone when WH staffers call in this type of self-serving drivel.
