That was pretty much my routine 3 to 4 times a week,up until early October went out one cool and windy Saturday morning few days later had copd flare up from that cool air.Scared me really bad,feeling much better now but its still been windy around here in Jersey,and I’m also very aware of the wind and cool air,

Comparison is helpful.
The “briefings” tell us that (1) Trump is in trouble and needs to sound like a real POTUS (which he cannot do) (2) Trump needs a Trump-Rally fix…and these are the next best things.
Both indicate severe weakness on the part of Trump.
On the other hand, GOP Senators trying to sabotage the present Bill, FOXNews idiots, Red Staters who insist on not taking proper safety precautions and, finally, GOP ghouls who want people to die so that Trump can improve his Portfolio…THOSE terrify me.

My wife and will substitute yard work (fighting the Triffid-like blackberries) for the trail hikes we’d be doing this time of year. Also we’re both amateur musicians (her on fiddle, me on guitar, mandolin, flute), so playing some tunes together is great for getting into a different head space, away from the concerns of the day.

The media falling for the 4:30 or 5PM start times is Lucy and the football. We’re now at Weds and he’s been doing this since the weekend.
He’s chosen 6PM as his “prime time” and won’t start a minute sooner. Fuck him and fuck the networks for covering him like he’s a serious person.

Certainly hope so, but this virus just killed a 37 year old British deputy ambassador to Hungary. I can’t believe how cavalierly some people are treating it. Definitely will keep the Congresswoman foremost in my thoughts. She’s a treasure.
