Your occasional reminder that both these cases – which grew out of the three hastily arranged flights of deportees from Texas to a Salvadoran prison on March 15 – have taken on the highest significance because they are poised to test whether President Trump will abide limitations imposed by the judicial branch and what the judiciary will do if he doesn’t.
Maybe The Ides of March will yet be the downfall of the fat fuck.

Their goal is to destroy the federal government. The they in their is the Russians using Trump and musk as their willing stooges.
ETA. What the Russians didn’t factor in is Europe is going to no longer trust us and kick us aside. They, Europe, will look east and decide that Russia will never be their friend and build a stronger coalition to counter them.

NO, the Constitutional clash is here now and has been well underway ever since Mueller released his report. Ever since the electorate decided to reelect a convicted felon, etc., etc. I don’t understand this notion of a Constitutional clash being something in the near future. To believe that is truly ignorant and I expect better from the media and the journalists at TPM.
