I feel sorry for any defendant that was in a case presided over by this former judge.
The outrage performance has been SOP on the right for a long time. Although it did not take him to point it out to know about this, Krugman has observed the culture of displaying explosive rage at minor inconveniences in his columns which is common among right-wing punditry. It is attack, over-the-top unhinged emotion all the time.
Gableman could just be your basic paranoic jackass but I wonder if anyone who cares for him, assuming he has such, has had him tested for dementia.
I am in an ongoing legal issue with a far right wing attorney who clearly tries to bluster and shout his way out of his pitiful lawyering. Our attorney is actually having fun bringing him to a boiling point.
