Chris Wallace and Paul Ryan…

Incredible

Chris Wallace USED to be an actual Journalist.

For many years he’s been just another shill on FOX, but I think he is starting to “see the light”.

ALSO, this may be the first in the cracks of adulation for Trump at FOX caused by now, FOX News Board Member Paul Ryan (yes, THAT Paul Ryan, former Speaker of the House) telling anyone that will listen that “it is all over for Trump” and that FOX News better start “preparing for life after Trump.”

Call a spade a spade… Trump defenders are LYING!

To be fair I have seen several instances where he is very critical of the president, something like deep inside he is a never-trumper.

Yet he persists…to be on FOX.

He can piss off.

I’m kinda looking for confirmation of what Vanity Fair reported about FOXNews yesterday.

Looks like Fox may be getting ready to flee the Good Ship Trumpster, per Gabe Sherman in Vanity Fair.

Wonder how long it will take them to start with the “fair and balanced,” “we supported the presidency, not Trump,” “we’ve always just been good conservatives” revisionist history.

Christ Wallace: “The spinning that’s been done by the President’s defenders is astonishing.”

“It’s deeply troubling,” he added, “and concerning.”

Before furrowing his brow.

And introducing a “Uranium One” segment with Tucker Carlson and Sean Hannity.

Kevin “My Kevin” McCarthy is doing an atrocious job defending Trump – he’s basically just reading or reciting his prepared K-Street talking points. He seems deeply and inextricably invested in Trump for the long ride down.

Yeah, he sees the light just like all those rats fleeing all those sinking ships. Please don’t give these people more credit than they deserve.

If Trump goes down, is proven to be as corrupt as it is turning out to be, then Fox is a casualty unless they start cranking the wheel in other directions. They have staked way too much backing Trump.

Cuz he’s stupid? Of the Ryan-Cantor-McCarty triumvirate, he was the dumb one. Which is saying something. It’s just people kept forgetting he existed.

When they start cranking they are a casualty.
Thats a lot of angry grandpas and mouth breathing hillbillies
They’ll stop watching and sure as shit we ain’t going to start

Keep in mind that McCarthy represents that part of California that should belong to Oklahoma.

There will be a slow shift (as mentioned in that Vanity Fair article), but I don’t think they’ll abandon Trump completely. His antics aimed at “owning the Libs” are why viewers tune in, and he won’t stop doing that from now to election day.

They won’t be able to deny the obvious wrongdoing – hell, he admitted it in that interview with Zelensky! – but I think they’ll just shift into po-faced regret mode: “Isn’t it sad that this has to happen, with just one unfortunate incident.

Ol’ Kevin heard there was a contest for the stupidest man in congress and is certainly making a run for the prize.
He is the poster boy for the party of Trump
Read the talking points no matter how inane and divorced from reality they are

He could never keep a job on a real network. 25 years of bad habits–take him out of the Fox bubble and he’d be toast faster than you could say ‘Megyn Kelly.’
