‘VOTE!!!!!’: Trump Attempts To Campaign From The Hospital With Deranged Tweets

Roid rage and dexamethasone tweets.

There are other places you can put them. The finger is just the easiest. (Depending on how good your peripheral blood circulation is, it can also be misleading.)

Because Pence only gets in if Trump dies. Incapacitated and absent a transfer of authority from Trump, it’s murky. See the shooting of Reagan for more on that.

True, we’ve had “norms” of what we expect, but this administration doesn’t care.

And Trump just dying with no notice is possible, but unlikely. More likely that he’d be on a ventilator for a while they try everything possible.

I’m guessing Donald is fit as a McDonald’s dumpster diving dog.

It would all be nothing but a lame farce if all of our lives weren’t in danger, which they are.

Trump drunk tweets “SAVE PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS!” while his very team of criminal henchman are in court literally attempting to erase that very protection with the stroke of a rabid ideologue’s pen!

The man belongs in a cage, or a coffin, and I feel it only patriotic to suggest it.

Thirty-odd yeaars ago we had two of them, along with some sheep. I used to think that they were about the most ridiculous pets one could have. But on a chilly night stepping into the barn to the horsey fug they generated was always strangely comforting - probably related to my growing up around my uncle’s draft horses (eventually supplanted by a Ford 8N).

I think he just wants to be close to Melania, and they’re taking advantage of that - meanwhile, she’s looking for other accommodations.

Seriously, though, as you say there’s a big power play going on - Meadows, Miller, Kushner, and maybe even Barr, Pompeo, Esper who are trying to get past an election they’ll all keep trying to cheat and steal their way through. They’ll figure out what happens next after that.

It’s one thing to say that Meadows is always trying to further his own interests. It’s quite another to say that he’s doing it well. He isn’t. Again, that’s something that you can ask Boehner about, preferably after he’s had a few…

President Trump is going to show everyone how easy it is to beat this virus.

First you take your private helicopter immediately to a free healthcare facility and then have 12 of the world’s best doctors give you every medication/treatment you need instantly- even experimental drugs not available to the public.

See? No Problem. Those 210,000 Dead Americans and their families just did it wrong.

Yeah, they should have tried something new.

They can “protect” coverage for pre-existing conditions by requiring insurers to offer it, but not controlling costs. “Well, Mrs. Smith, you’re fully insured. And your monthly premium comes to just $7,826.00.”

So, here is the problem for the Trumpers there.

Reagan being shot was an unexpected and sudden event. Haig panicked, but even then, it was short lived, HW quickly moved to assert his authority and things fell into place.

Trump’s illness and down turn have been publicly known since Friday morning. His admittance into Walter Reed since Friday afternoon. The aggressive and untested medical therapy being administered is now known.

Not having a letter in place, transferring power to Pence in the case of incapacitation, would be an absolute disaster for them. This is a predictable event…that’s why we are discussing it. Refusing to follow basic well prepared and precedented steps to ensure a continuity in power would destroy them all.

expect significant lag in public reporting.

The lack of any serious ‘contract tracing’ effort/cooperation from the White House and campaign telegraph the cover-up effort. The thinking (and they are probably correct) is that if they can keep the lid on the number of new cases for a couple of days, something ELSE will happen that will change the focus again – so when people start having to acknowledge they are quarantining, it won’t be covered much at all.

And hey…don’t forget he gets to do all of that by only paying $750/year twice in taxes.

I know you’ve been paying better attention to their actions over these last few years…

He’s gone. Mentally dead if not physically yet.

Now it’s just Titanic chair rearranging.

With dexamethasone, everything depends on the dose and on the individual’s reaction. Some people can take it and barely know they have taken it - at the opposite end some folks go into an almost manic episode. One thing is for sure - it can make you feel a lot better and more energetic than you normally do, and that is not necessarily a reflection of your underlying condition. TRump’s reaction seems to be like he has taken a hit of methedrine. His incoherent bullshit about how now he knows all about the corona virus reminds me of some broke ass salesman telling me about his sure fire million dollar idea right after his 3rd line of coke.

It is interesting to note what he considers important and what he is trying to control from his hospital bed. There is no plan, no instructions, no mea culpa, - just more and more ego-feeding bullshit capped off by a one man parade worthy of an adolescent in a boy band wanting to make sure his fans aren’t disappointed.

I am more than curious if people are going to start showing as positive from his little Thursday fundraiser - it should start to happen in the next few days.

That scenario doesn’t even play well for their “base”. And loses even more republicans.

“We didn’t want to sign such a letter because it would put the President in a bad mood” isn’t going to even come close to cutting it.

What is with all the resistance to Pence? Of course we all think he’s odious but Trump picked him and he’s served loyally (or so it seems). Is there something even worse that they all know and we don’t?
