Viewer Guide: What To Expect From The Jan. 6 Committee’s June Hearings

OT. (But cool Couer d’Alene anecdote)
In 1978 I flew from Billings to Spokane for a job interview. It was on a Friday so I scheduled my return for Monday to visit Friends in Couer d’Alene. My friends owned a commercial remodeling company so they sent their gopher Marty to pick me up. “Marty” was the famous Marty Revalette who was born without arms.
We hopped in the company pickup and Marty drove and shifted with his feet. Then when we got on the interstate he pulled a smoke out of his shirt pocket and struck a match, deftly igniting his smoke (mind blown).
I know it was 1978 because we went to the flicks and watched “Up In Smoke” (mind blown again).

Means nothing thanks to Boris Manchin and Natasha Sinema’s slavish adherence to the filibuster.

Well, search the internet for someone who went into the future, taped the rest of the hearings, and then came back and posted them on FutureYouTube.com

Otherwise, you’re just as ignorant as the rest of us.

No, because there is no evidence of that. Going after will-o-wisps discredits the real things they are bringing forward.

Anything about the ex-prez’s direct attempts in GA, AZ, PA, WI etc. to overturn state results

No, because that is a matter for the states and their courts.

Anything about the state AGs who sued in an attempt to disenfranchise whole other states at Chump’s request.

No, because that is a distraction and not a matter for congress.

showing that the D process and personnel was without fault and no election fraud was EVER detected

No, because that was not a crime and these hearings are not a mechanism for the general airing of grievances. This ain’t Festivus.

I have heard rotary phones still work. Can’t remember the last time I used one…but I have heard if you put one in front of a young person it can baffle them.

I have no idea. She may be paying for her own defense—a novel idea for a Republican.

Mike Lee and Lyndsay Graham are on record as vetting the Eastman plan, and Graham was on the call to Raff in GA. Many R Senators huddled in fear of the J6 mob and asked each other if they were going to go through with the plan. There was a Green Bay sweep ongoing.

true anecdote: I was standing in line at the bagel shop getting some food for a woman acquaintance and so was in a hurry. The young man ahead of me was wearing a new watch and I asked him what time it was. He looked at it, then looked at his girlfriend in embarassment and said " I don’t know - I can’t read it yet." He was maybe 35 or so.
