It’s possible Certipath was the best bidder, but since the president is corrupt and encourages corruption by his subordinates we pretty much have to assume a corrupt process here. Collateral damage.

Certipath has not yet received its $33 million check yet due to a rival company and bidder’s complaint to the Government Accountability Office.
Hopefully, the complaint will provide some transparency into the selection decision. If it doesn’t, it’s Trump’s usual M.O.–grift for the fam.
