No penalty box in NASCAR. You could get a drive-through penalty though. (Have to go down pit lane, at pit lane speeds, without a pit stop. You lose a lot of time and track position. Bad at short tracks, not so much at a super speedway like Talledega.)
What can I say — I’ve been in Texas for 30+ years.

Denny Hamlin’s #11 car usually bears the FedEx logo and colors, but the car was painted sleek black with the museum’s logo prominently highlighted on the hood. FedEx removed its branding from Denny Hamlin’s Talladega car to highlight the National Civil Rights Museum.
Denny visited the museum and talked about it yesterday during the rain delay. He said he learned how far we have come and how much farther we have to go.

One would think that with all the high-tech equipment and machinery in those garages, there would be sophisticated 24 hour video surveillance.

Actually Maximus, it will be a very exhaustive investigation.
If NASCAR doesn’t grow - it will die. There simply aren’t enough inbred, white pillbillies to keep the sport afloat. Thay have been very aggressive about reaching outside of that demograpic.
At the end of the day, the white trash don’t spend enough money to keep the sport viable.
