They also have trade secrets.

The problem is that the video will be grainy and unusable. Them white NASCAR guys all look alike.

And here’s the thing – if racism wasn’t an institutionalized problem, if it wasn’t dyed into the fabric, another guy in NASCAR would rat the SoB out and he could be brought to justice. But everybody is going to shrug their shoulders and know nothing. THAT is why justice isn’t available to minorities.
