I remember hearing for years that Kissinger risked arrest for war crimes when/if he traveled abroad. No idea if this was legit.

Is Trump now in this situation?

I was wondering about the contractors who have been pardoned. Will they be subject to arrest if they travel outside of the US? For some reason I think that Trump is protected against arrest, but these guys won’t be.

Next stop for trumpy the clown, the International Criminal Court at the Hague.

What of Erik Prince? Can he be arrested as soon as he steps outside of the US?

So, now Donald Trump becomes a War Criminal?

Stuck in Florida moving from house to house every 21 days, forever a nomad looking for praise.

Juicy!

Just wait until Trump pre-pardons Mohammed bin Salman for the assassination and dismemberment of Jamal Khashoggi.

If so then his actions with these pardons are just to spite us. If he can’t leave the country then how can we refuse him re-entry?

Extradite them to Iraq.

I don’t think the US is a signatory of the International Court in the Hague. Something about foreigners sitting in judgement of US citizens.

I thought Erik moved his operations overseas? One of the ME countries I think.

I almost forgot we started a false war that killed hundreds of thousands of innocent people and paid evangelical Christians hard cash to do it, all so we could avoid the debate that a draft would inevitably inspire. A lesson from the Vietnam war there.

Starting to think that American Christianity has nothing to do with Christ at all, but a sop for the vicious instincts of the monomaniacally self righteous and the vicious sons of a feckless and money-hungry generation of tits.

Tells us all a lot about what the Nazis were though. Plainly they were self righteous rich kids that just loved rape, mass murder, and leather gear.

The ongoing frustration we feel from knowing we currently have an untouchable criminal wrecking havoc on our legal system and political conventions is cumulative…a primal scream won’t help …can the incoming DOJ put us in a position to deal with the mob boss environment fostered under the Don? His remaining enablers in Congress need to be dealt with swiftly.

Naw, MBS is beyond our control.

But he does need to pardon Jared for conspiracy to murder, having given MBS the green light over Whatsapp.

Please. Please. Please.

I thought they were working on some sort of blanket immunity from US civil suits for MBS. Technically not a pardon, but gets the job done, as they say.

Current and former heads of state get arrested all the time (relatively speaking) for international crimes but former POTUS may be protected by some specific treaties? Even assuming no, as a practical matter no one is taking the diplomatic shit show that would ensue from arresting a former POTUS.

I feel confident that these contractors are subject to arrest outside the US. Trump can only pardon crimes against the United States. These war criminals can never leave the US

are there active warrants for his arrest?
