A female former producer at Fox News, and another woman who appeared frequently as a guest on the network, filed a complaint in New York federal court on Monday alleging sexual misconduct by top Fox News commentators Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity, and Howard Kurtz.

Some additional background. SDNY was investigating sexual misconduct at Fox News back in 2017. The case seems to have disappeared.

And it expands.

Then … nothing.

Bharara’s departure has stirred speculation about whether the Trump administration’s Justice Department will follow through on any findings involving Fox, Trump’s favorite news network.
