Trump's Venezuela Attack Is a Uniquely Dangerous Threat to the Constitutional Order

Thanks!
Tehran did not seem that arid back when I was there in 1970.

Anyone estimating how long before a massive diaspora and humanitarian crisis occur? 10M people is a staggering number of people to suddenly find themselves in drought conditions and if a tipping point is reached, mass death could feasibly start occurring very quickly and be very hard to get under control. Imagine a scenario in which desperation causes people to start utilizing unsanitary sources and death from dehydration gets coupled with outbreaks of disease…

Frankly, this is another angle and reason for the meddling to be taking place. It’s a point of potential leverage and offers of aid with strings attached would be an obvious thing to consider, especially if there is a rising opposition power center to be working with. Is there?

From the article @castor_troy posted, 90% of their water goes to agriculture. Food shortages are the more immediate result, but yeah.

Yeah…working my way thru the article now…the scale of the problem is boggling. Can’t help thinking it’s something the GOP would love to deliberately cause for certain areas of this country by branding and selling policies designed to achieve it.

Maybe. I know theylike doing those things for fun, but sheesh. Any government is vulnerable without adequate water, humans don’t last long without it.

Long story, but I told that joke ON STAGE at a comedy club in Montréal in 2010 and lived to tell about it.

As a birthday present for a friend.

Again…long story.

Glad you enjoyed it!
