Trumps Predictably Won’t Comply With Subpoenas

Interesting family tree, inbred royalty

I think these are the christmas gathering cases, the New Years eve cases are still days away.

A little sooner would be preferable.

The “Vaccine” podcast by Annie Kelly gives a comprehensive picture of the cowpox vaccine backlash in the 1800s. The situation is earily similar.

Disobedience of the highest level!

Since the judge won’t let the military kick them out, maybe they can be given an extremely sensitive and dangerous mission befitting their skill set - aiding elementary school crossing guards somewhere in rural Mississippi. Hopefully, they’ll at least believe in wearing masks.

Nope, no comorbidities there.

I would have some compassion if the only people they were killing are themselves, but that’s not the case. They’re literally killing others. It’s not just the people they infect, it’s also those who are suffering from other illnesses and can’t get medical attention because Covidiots are clogging up hospitals. Also, all the people like my dad who have had to suffer long and repeated lockdowns that have made conditions like Alzheimers even worse. These people are literally quickening his death. So, no, no compassion at all. They richly deserve to suffer.

Hell make them cafeteria ladies. Or school janitors.

Yes, of course. I would not be surprised to see an indictment for obstruction before Labor Day. I’m an optimist.

Pulitzer, who provided the so-called “technology” in the clownish audit , promised Clements he would “stab you in the face with the truth”

  • Pulitzer also called a different critic while pretending to be a restaurant employee to offer her a “cock sandwich.”

Do they give Pulitzers for best metaphorical violence or most vivid use of expletives?

Reminded me of Sotomayor’s comments re-all the requests for emergency rulings from the previous administration (from Fortune magazine):

Another notable challenge this weekend came from Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor. After a 5-4 majority decided to allow the Trump administration’s wealth test for immigrants to take effect in Illinois, the last remaining state where it was in limbo, Sotomayor in a dissent strongly criticized her colleagues, accusing the conservative justices of bias in favor of the Trump administration. “The Court’s recent behavior [has benefited] one litigant over all others,” the justice wrote, adding that granting the administration’s emergency requests to rule on its policies “put[s] a thumb on the scale in favor of the party that won.”

I just want them to walk in with the shot records for each of them (and as Seals, given where they have to be ready to deploy, they’ve been pincushions for about everything under the sun), show that to the judge, anotated by which ones meet the same “religious objection” criteria, and ask the judge why they didn’t object to any of those if they’re so sincere about their beliefs.

He’s actually thin. 6 or 7 years ago he was overweight, drank a shit ton of beer and smoked 3 packs a day, then he and his wife split and he got clean. Still a moron for not getting vaxxed.

I can think of some people that would do that if they believe they will screw their neighbors too.

… does the judge “hereby decree” that their future duty assignments must be reviewed by & approved by the judge in order to make sure that these “fine people” are not being victimized…?

Going for some combination of “don’t care”

“But it’s my house. It’s my RIGHT to die here.”
“I rent.”
“The house is being reverse mortgaged. I saw a very nice man on The Fox telling me all about it…”

They will be. One of the tests that is applied to applications for exemption is to look at the medical history to see if the applicant has refused other vaccinations. If the answer is, “No” (and it is almost invariably no), then the application is denied. That is the source of the judge’s complaint that the DoD review is ‘cursory’.

If the medical record supports the exemption, then the chaplain looks at the religious history and the doctrine of the group the applicant claims. Basically, you have to be a Christian Scientist (or a member of some other fringe group) to get it approved.

Medical exemptions are good only as long as there are no FDA approved vaccines with the excipients causing the allergy problem.

I think this is going to get smacked down by the Circuit Court.

Bullshit right there, you cannot be a SEAL and believe in the sanctity of life.
